2 oz Corned Beef Brisket Choice
1 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp chopped Onions
5 grams Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef Hash and Eggs

  1. Blend corned beef, potato and onion in food processor. You can also add parsley and cayenne pepper.

  2. Brown hash in coconut oil.

  3. Top with poached eggs.

  4. Sprinkle Cholula hot sauce on top.
