Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef and Cabbage

32 oz corned beef, cooked
4 cups cabbage
8 carrots
2 yellow onions
8 potatoes
6 liters water

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef and Cabbage

  1. Place raw corned beef brisket in large pot, cover with water. Add carrots, onions, and potatoes.

  2. Cook 3-6 hours until tender, and falls apart.

  3. Quarter and core cabbage, add to pot, simmer 15 minutes.
