Slow cooked corned beef with cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef with Cabbage, Carrots, and Potatoes

2 lbs corned beef brisket
3 carrots
4 potatoes
1 head of cabbage
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef with Cabbage, Carrots, and Potatoes

  1. Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces. Place in the bottom of a large crockpot. Place brisket on top.

  2. Mix water with spice packet included in brisket package. Pour over brisket. Place cabbage on top of brisket.

  3. Cook 8 hours on low or until brisket is fork tender. Let meat rest 15 minutes before cutting.
