Cornbread with yoghurt and corn bits

Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread with yoghurt

60 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
275 grams Cornmeal, Degermed, Unenriched, Yellow
2 large Egg, Yolk
1 tsp Salt, Table
450 grams Yoghurt
60 grams Butter
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Cornbread with yoghurt

melt butter, mix in with eggs, yoghurt. Mix all the dry ingredients, then combine everything. place in buttered baking dish, in a preheated oven 200C, for 25 minutes. serve with tomato sauce and kidney bean stew.
