Recipe Ingredients for cornbread waffles 1.7CPG or 48CPO

3/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
2 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for cornbread waffles 1.7CPG or 48CPO

  1. mix wet ingredients in medium bowl.

  2. mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  3. fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just wet.

  4. use 1/2 cup mix for each waffle.
