Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread Stuffing

8 ounces corn muffin mix
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 cup diced celery
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon parsley
14 ounces chicken broth
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Cornbread Stuffing

Add 1 egg and milk to corn muffin mix (entire box). Pour into greased 8 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Crumble into large bowl and add other ingredients and mix. Pour into greased 8 inch pan and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes , then uncover and cook for another 10 minutes
