Recipe Ingredients for cornbread

1 1/2 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3/4 oz Double Acting Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
12 oz friendly farms reduced fat milk

Recipe Directions for cornbread

  1. pour olive oil in skillet or 8 in baking pan

  2. put in oven and set oven to 375

  3. mix all dry ingredients

  4. mix milk and eggs

  5. mix dry and wet ingredients.

  6. When pan and oven are hot, remove pan and pour mixture into pan. Cook 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
