8 serving 1 cup Buttermilk Self Rising White Cornmeal Mix
1 egg white
2/3 cup Cultured Fat Free Buttermilk
2 tablespoons splenda

Recipe Directions for Cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degree. Spray a 8 inch iron skillet with vegetable spray.

  2. Mix all ingredients and poor into pan. Bake about 20 minutes.
