Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Cornbread

Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients, ending with egg, beaten before adding. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
