low oil, sugar/gluten free cornbread

Recipe Ingredients for cornbread

1 cup Yellow Corn Meal
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 oz Stevia Powder
1 tbsp Brummel

Recipe Directions for cornbread

  1. mix milk and apple cider vinegar before adding to all dry ingredients. add corn, then stir to combine until smooth.

  2. preheat oven to 400*, add pan with butter.

  3. when butter is melted, distribute throughout pan, then pour the remaining into the batter. stir once again, then add batter to pan.

  4. bake for 25 minutes.
