large batch cornbread. Can cut into squares and freeze. Great with applebutter for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for cornbread

3 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 cup flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cup skim milk
0.33 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dark molasses
0.33 cup oil

Recipe Directions for cornbread

Combine dry stuff. In another bow mix all wet ingredients. Add wet to dry and stir until combined. Pour into two sprayed 9x13 pans. Bake at 400 until brown and springs back when touched. Cut each pan into 12 squares.
