Lower carb cornbread. Ground lentils into flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread

3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of corn meal
1/4 cup of lentils
1/4 cup of barley flour
1/4 cup of butter
1/3 cup of dried egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Cornbread

Add all ingredients together bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. I use 1/3 cup of zylitol for sweetner
