From Aunt Jemima cornmeal carton.

Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread

1 cups flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Cornbread

  1. Heat over to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease 8-inch pan.

  3. Combine dry ingredients.

  4. Stir in milk, oil and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
