Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread

1 T olive oil
1 3/4 c corn meal
1 T sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 c milk

Recipe Directions for Cornbread

  1. preheat oven to 450f

  2. oil 8x8 pan

  3. whisk together corn meal, bp, bs, salt.

  4. In another bowl whisk eggs till foamy, then whisk in milk.

  5. Add egg/milk mixture into dry ingredients.

  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 20-25 mins.
