2 eggs
2/3 cup skim milk
1 Vidalia Onion
1 tbsp butter
8 ounces low fat Greek yogurt
3 ounces cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cornbread with Onions and Sour Cream

  1. Saute onion in oil

  2. Mix cornbread according to package directions

  3. Oil an 8.5" X 4.5" baking pan

  4. Add cornbread batter

  5. Top with sauteed onion
