Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread made with yeast

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups cornmeal
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 cups Organic Oat - Plain
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Cornbread made with yeast

mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients (melting butter), then add wet ingredients to try ingredients. beat a few minutes. cover and let rise at least 1 hour. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or so in sheet cake pan. based loosely on a yeasted cornbread recipe in baking in america by greg patent.
