Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread Chili Casserole

2 cups cornmeal
1 1/2 cups kamut flour
1 T baking powder
2 cups rice milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 T maple syrup
4 cup chili, vegetarian

Recipe Directions for Cornbread Chili Casserole

  1. Layer chili on the bottom of a casserole dish.

  2. Mix other ingredients and pour over the chili.

  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until a knife comes clean when inserted in the centre of the cornbread topping.
