A easy chicken pot pie w/ cornbread topping

Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread Chicken Pot Pie

8 1/2 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
3/4 cup 1% milk
6 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
10 oz corn
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cornbread Chicken Pot Pie

  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. cook chicken

  3. in 9" pie plate, combine chicken, corn (drained), & soup

  4. in a med bowl, mix corn muffin mix, egg, & milk

  5. Pour cornbread mix over the chicken mix

  6. bake for 30 min

  7. sprinkle w/ cheese
