10 3/4 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken
8 1/2 oz corn muffin mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Cornbread Chicken Pot Pie

Heat oven to 400. Boil the chicken until done. Add together thawed vegetables, cooked chicken, and soup in a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over chicken mixture. Mix muffin batter. Let stand 3-5 minutes. Spread over chicken. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
