Recipe Ingredients for Cornbread - Adjusted

1 cup milk, fat free, fluid
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup Splenda
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Cornbread - Adjusted

Combine flour and baking powder. Mix in milk and eggs. Sir in cornmeal; add remaining ingredients in order and bake in well-greased 8" x 8" pan in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.
