Recipe Ingredients for Cornbleet's Tropical Fruit Tart

4 mangoes
1 cup dried mangoes
1 1/2 cups raw macadamia nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup dates
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
3 kiwis

Recipe Directions for Cornbleet's Tropical Fruit Tart

  1. Blend mangoes together.

  2. Process nuts, salt, and coconut together. Add dates. Press into pan and freeze 15 minutes.

  3. Pour mango pudding into pie crust.

  4. Top with fruits.
