1 3/4 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Green

  1. Combine Peppers, Corn (dehusked and slightly boiled or 11oz can), tomatoes, onion in a bowl

  2. fold in vinegar, oil, and lime juice (same proportion, if desired)

  3. gently stir in diced avacodo
