Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Sweet Potato Soup

1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
0.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.75 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 cup Fat Free Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for Corn and Sweet Potato Soup

  1. 1. Blend pinto beans, sweet potato, and a little broth on variable speed until well mixed. Add more broth until desired consistency is reached. Add spices (I used ginger, cayenne, and salt) to taste.

  2. 2. Transfer to pan and add in corn. Heat it up and enjoy!
