Recipe Ingredients for Corn succotash

1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
2 cup Edamame Soybeans Shelled
1 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
1 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Corn succotash

Cook the quinoa first. Roast veggies in a hot pan in a little olive oil until they begin to blacken, then combine with quinoa and hot sauce. Delicious!
