Recipe Ingredients for CORN-SPINACH CASSEROLE PARMESAN

1/4 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. butter
17 oz. cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. chopped spinach
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs or crackers
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for CORN-SPINACH CASSEROLE PARMESAN

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix with next 5 ingredients. Turn into lightly greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix remaining butter, melted, crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle on vegetables. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings.
