Recipe Ingredients for Corn Soufflé

1 stick butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cup CORN MUFFIN MIX (one pckg)
1 can cream-style corn
1 can corn
8 oz sour cream

Recipe Directions for Corn Soufflé

  1. Oven at 350

  2. Grease an 8x8 glass baking pan (I use butter spray)

  3. Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon in a large bowl (mix well!)

  4. Pour into the greased baking pan and spread so the top is even

  5. Back for 60 minutes
