Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Shrimp Salad

1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup edamame beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
5 g garlic, chopped
1/2 c lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup avocado, chopped
100 g shrimp (pre-cooked)

Recipe Directions for Corn and Shrimp Salad

  1. Chop onion, pepper, garlic, and avocado

  2. Defrost corn and edamamae

  3. Mix with lime juice and salt (to taste)
