Pepper and corn salsa - low calories - easy to fix - lasts several days in refridgerator.

Recipe Ingredients for corn salsa

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Corn
4 serving Banana Pepper Rings
6 Teaspoon Juice
1 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
6 serving Ground Cumin

Recipe Directions for corn salsa

  1. chop all peppers

  2. chop banana pepper rings

  3. drain and rinse 1 can black beans

  4. drain 1 medium can corn

  5. combine all together

  6. add juice from 2 large limes

  7. add cumin to taste

  8. best on second day

  9. Eat with scoops or other corn ships
