Recipe Ingredients for Corn Salsa with Lime

4 cups (20 oz) cooked sweet yellow corn, cut
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 scallion, diced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn Salsa with Lime

  1. Cook Corn and cool with water

  2. dice all vegetables and add to the corn

  3. add all spices and lime juice

  4. mix well

  5. refrigerate for an hour before serving.
