Recipe Ingredients for Corn & Salsa Chicken

1/4 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup salsa
2 1/2 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Corn & Salsa Chicken

  1. PREHEAT oven to 450F or grill to medium-high.

  2. CENTER chicken breast sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Spoon salsa over chicken. Top with corn.

  3. BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

  4. BAKE 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven

  5. OR GRILL 12 to 15 minutes in covered grill.

  6. SPRINKLE with cheese before serving.
