Recipe Ingredients for Corn, Rice, and Red Bean Chilli

1 3/4 cups corn
1 3/4 cups tomato, diced
1 3/4 cups red kidney beans
2 celery stalks
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 cup brown rice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/5 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Corn, Rice, and Red Bean Chilli

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add onion, celery, and garlic

  2. Add in all other ingredients

  3. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes
