Recipe Ingredients for Corn Relish Salad

5 ears corn
1 avocado
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn Relish Salad

Mix oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Pour dressing over corn mix. Toss, and eat!
