Wonderful addition to any fall meal, especially nice on Thanksgiving or Christmas feast table. Just 1/4 cup per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Relish

1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/4 cups whole kernel corn, yellow
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons red bell pepper
2 tablespoons green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn Relish

Combine the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and turmeric in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the corn, onion, and bell pepper; cook for 4 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
