Made portion size a little generous. Pretty simple and quick to make and pop in oven.

Recipe Ingredients for CoRn PuDdInG

4 cups yellow corn, frozen
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup whole milk
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for CoRn PuDdInG

Preheat oven to 350. Thaw and drain corn. Bring butter to room temp. Blend all in blender. Pour into 9x13 or similar buttered baking dish. Bake until brown and center is just set, about 45 min.
