0.25 cup Butter

50 grams Celery

0.5 serving Flour, Bread (Robin Hood)
2 serving chicken broth, no salt added (Blue Menu)
3 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

439 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Corn and Potato Chowder

Melt the butter in a large Dutch oven. Add the onion, celery and carrots and cook over medium heat unti ljust soft. Sprinkle on the flour and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the broth and milk. Add the potatoes and corn. Simmer for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
