My desperation recipe for corn chowder!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Potato Chowder

1/4 cup margarine
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrot
4 potatoes
1 cup soy milk
3 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn and Potato Chowder

  1. Finely chop garlic, onion, celery and carrot. Saute them in margarine.

  2. Add milk and broth.Dice the potatoes and add to pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.

  3. Add corn, bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
