Recipe Ingredients for Corn, potato and cauliflower chowder

1 onion
1/2 potato
1 cup cauliflower
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
488 g
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups corn
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn, potato and cauliflower chowder

  1. Saute onion, potato and cauliflower in butter until all have started to soften.

  2. Mix flour into vegetables.

  3. Add milk, water, corn, pepper and salt.

  4. Cook until all vegetables are soft and chowder has thickened.
