Recipe Ingredients for corn porridge

1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbls butter
2 oz cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for corn porridge

heat water add salt and sugar let boil, slowly pour cornmeal into water lower heat and stir constantly cover and let cook for 10 minutes stiring every two minutes. Add butter and stir vigoursly for 1 minute, add cheese and serve hot
