Recipe Ingredients for Corn Pasta with Black Beans Salad

2 cups corn (shell) pasta (20091)
1/2 cup cooked black beans (16015)
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup scallions, white part only, chopped

Recipe Directions for Corn Pasta with Black Beans Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and cool. Add beans and tomato to pasta.

  2. Mix dressing ingredients in a blender. Pour over pasta and mix well. Serve at room temperature.
