Recipe Ingredients for corn pakora/fritter

1 1/2 cup gram flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 green chili peppers
1 1/4 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 oz corn

Recipe Directions for corn pakora/fritter

  1. Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients

  2. Add corn and thoroughly combine

  3. Fry in oil until crispy and brown

  4. drain on screen to minimize oil
