Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Okra Soup

15 oz. creamed corn
1/4 cup corn
12 oz. okra
1 large bell pepper
8 oz. tomato
4 cups water
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. curry
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Corn and Okra Soup

  1. Smother okra in olive oil for about 20 minutes.

  2. Add bell pepper and tomato. Continue to smother another 20 minutes. Vegetable will get soft.

  3. Add corn, water and seasoning. Cook another 20 minutes on med./med. high.

  4. Cool slightly before serving.
