Recipe Ingredients for Corn Muffins

2.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
10 oz Cream Style Corn

Recipe Directions for Corn Muffins

  1. Mix softened butter in a bowl with sugar, honey, eggs and salt.

  2. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.

  3. Stir in cream style corn and spoon into lined muffin cups.

  4. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
