Corn muffins with maple syrup and brown sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Muffins

2 c. unbleached flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. fat free milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter

Recipe Directions for Corn Muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently mix just until moistened. Divide mixture into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
