Recipe Ingredients for Corn Muffins

1 c all purpose flour
3/4 c cornmeal
3 T sugar
2 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1 c 2% milk
1/4 c cooking oil

Recipe Directions for Corn Muffins

  1. Mix dry.

  2. Beat eggs and combine with milk and oil.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry all at once.

  4. Stir until just moistened.

  5. Pour into 12 muffin tins.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.
