Low fat cornbread made in muffin pans

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Muffins

1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 tbl baking powder
3 tbl sugar
12 1/2 oz creamed corn
3/4 cup skim milk
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Corn Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Grease muffin pans and put in oven to heat

  3. Mix all ingredients, pour batter in heated muffin pans

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
