Recipe Ingredients for Corn Muffin - Plain

1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Corn Muffin - Plain

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine in one bowl until mostly smooth. Cook at 400 degrees for approx. 12-15 minutes.
