Recipe Ingredients for Corn meal muffins

1/4 cup cornmeal (I like the coarse grind)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 egg, beaten
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 tsp orange peel, grated

Recipe Directions for Corn meal muffins

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Mix all wet ingredients

  3. Stir together til lumpy

  4. Bake in muffin cups at 350 for 15 min
