I substituted kidney beans for black beans. Haven't tried it yet, should be good though :)

Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Kidney Bean Salad

1 1/2 cups corn
1 cup kidney beans
2/3 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Corn and Kidney Bean Salad

  1. In a large bowel toss together corn, beans, peppers, onions, and parsley

  2. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine
