Recipe Ingredients for Corn Grits

2 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups Milk
1 cup Grits
1 cup Corn
1/4 cups Butter
1 Salt And Pepper
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Corn Grits

  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add milk and bring back to a boil.

  2. Slowly add grits and then corn; reduce heat to medium low and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

  3. Add butter and salt and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
