Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Green Chili Chowder

1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 tbls butter
2 tbls flour
2 cups water
1 large potato, peeled and diced (1 cup)
10 ounce frozen corn
4 ounce chopped green chili pepper
1 tbls chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
2 tbls snipped parsley

Recipe Directions for Corn and Green Chili Chowder

In large saucepan cook onion in melted butter till tender but not brown. Stir in flour. Add water, potato, corn, chili peppers, bouillon granules and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Stir in milk and parsley and heat throu.
